Absolutely thrilled with Concept II Closets. We turned a small bedroom in my mom's house into a walk-in closet. My mom had a lot of anxiety about it, but working with CIIC was a pleasure from beginning to end. Our consult and blue print plan with Adrianne was creative and fun, and our installer (Kate) was friendly and professional. The job was done when they said it would be done, exactly as we'd agreed and worth every penny. Highly recommend.
Loved working with Adrienne. We had a vision and she helped adjust it to exactly what we wanted. Kate did an amazing job installing and did a great job cleaning up and explaining the final information. The only recommendation I'd have is to use a different contractor for any prep work before they install. Overall, we had a great experience!
